At Water4Dogs, we take great pride in our team’s dedication. Our veterinarians and therapists offer more than 12 years of rehabilitation experience. All team members are given extensive training and remain current on the latest therapies and techniques. We carefully select therapists who show a strong passion and commitment toward improving the lives of animals, and in turn, helping clients have healthier, happier pets. As a result, we receive an extraordinary amount of positive feedback. We welcome the opportunity to participate with you in making the rehabilitation process a rewarding one.

JB BioDr. Jonathan Block, CVA, CCRT – Veterinary Medical Director

I was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and received my doctorate of veterinary medicine from The University of Florida in 2010. I have been practicing in New York City since 2011. Continuing my training, I became a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist in 2012 and a Certified Canine Rehabilitation Therapist in 2014. Incorporating acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy into my veterinary practice allows me to offer my patients a balanced and integrative approach to healing. Utilizing these modalities promotes flexibility and creativity, supporting both the art and science of practicing medicine. I am continuously amazed by our patients’ positive response to these complimentary therapies, making my job more satisfying and enjoyable than I ever imagined. As the veterinary medical director at Water4Dogs, I feel honored to integrate rehabilitation and acupuncture, with herbal and nutritional therapies for the restoration and maintenance of our patients’ health and well-being.

dipolo1Dr. Francisco DiPolo, CVA, CCRT – Director

After more than 13 years practicing integrative veterinary medicine and veterinary acupuncture, I became interested   in the many ailments that affect the aging pet population.  This led me to expand my knowledge base to focus largely on senior pet care and pain management.  I am continuously heartened by the positive effect of rehabilitation and conditioning on the well-being of our older pet companions.  I am extraordinarily proud to participate in this process by providing a facility with such an amazing team. I continue to enjoy integrating therapies in search of a more holistic approach to the health process.
