–Ultrasound, Laser Therapy, and NMES
–Acupuncture and Holistic Therapies

Do you offer social or open swims for healthy dogs?
No, at this time we do not offer social or open swims. If you wish to bring a healthy, young pet to swim for fun or exercise, please contact our team to set up a private appointment.
Are vaccines required?
New York State requires that all dogs are up-to-date with their rabies, bordetella (kennel cough) and distemper vaccines given by a licensed veterinarian. In rare cases, patients with health conditions that preclude vaccination may obtain a waiver from our veterinarian prior to engaging in therapy.
Is it necessary for me to accompany my pet?
You are always welcome, but it is not necessary for you to accompany your pet. We have daycare and boarding options for those who wish to leave their pets in our care for a few hours, or for longer stays.
What should I wear if I plan to join my dog in the pool during my session?
Most patients participate in hydrotherapy under the direct supervision of one of our therapists. The owner is not required to get in the water. In some circumstances, it is beneficial for a patient to have their owner join them in the pool with the therapist. In these cases, we recommend a bathing suit and either a wetsuit or rashguard and board shorts. Shorts and t-shirts can work too.
Do I need to bring towels?
No. We supply towels for your use after your dog’s swim.
